11 years agoIt looks like I’m better at kettlebell juggling then technology today. I just fixed it (again) and checked it on three browsers on two different computers so it should be working now.

11 years agoI’m happy that my enthusiasm comes through. If your training is fun then doing it is hard NOT to do. It’s a hugely different frame than people have who need Will Power to workout.

I’m just now seeing this! You realize you posted this the same day as a hurricane rolled through the east coast. Lots of folks still without power. I’m sure you’d get some more entries out of the midatlantic region if you extended the deadline.
Either way, I’m game. I’ll start practicing tomorrow.
Question: for your contest, do you need to do the ranks in order?

11 years agoYes I do realize that. Mother nature did not like my plans. The original deadline was Wednesday so I did extend it. Perhaps I’ll extend it even further.
And no you don’t need to do the levels in any particular order. Glad to have you on board and participating.

Logan, when I click on the links on this page to see more details on the KB juggling levels, it keeps sending me back to this page. I tried to watch the second video, but it broke up and when it played a second time, I didn’t have sound. This sounds interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing the next levels.
