I prefer to use one kind of kettlebell for my juggling. Sure anything will work and I have used other brands but let me tell you why I like to juggle with Dragondoor kettlebells most. I should add I am not a fan of their Russian Reds. Get the black ones!

First off they are one of the highest quality kettlebells on the market. They are not cheaply made and because of that they always have an even finish and good weight distribution. It’s not the cheapest kettlebell you can find but a kettlebell is an investment, plus they will last forever (at least the good one’s will).

The thick handle on Dragondoor kettlebells is great for working your grip but it also has a great feel to it. Because they are solid they tend to flip well and evenly and the different sizes work well depending on the weight you are juggling.

For other kettlebell exercises you may want different kettlebells. If you plan on going into the competition lifts I recommend the kettlebells from the American Kettlebell Club or other similar competition bells.
